The Visual C++ Redistributable Packages (VC++ Redist) install run-time components that are required to run C++ applications that are built by using Visual Studio 2013. The main components installed are: C Runtime (CRT), Standard C++, ATL, MFC, C++ AMP, and OpenMP.
Visual C++ is the best.
I love Visual C++ Redistributable 32-bit.
